We are entering a new mf era, guys. The last seven months have been a huGEEEE growth season for me professionally 🌱 Inconvenient, embarrassing, humbling. Growth is painful and exhausting. I was also worried that the nyc-trip wouldn't be very relaxing since I still ended up gigging a bit and working a minimum 20hrs a week on administrative tasks / projects ✏️ However, we are feeling a bit more hopefiul as we move into a new busy month

These are Le Boys who’ll be in the studio with me this month. (Aren't they cute!!! Boy Band!!)

This month is busy as I prepare to get back in the studio with my boys. Very exciting!! but again... oh so so expensive. A small car, really. Really. I could buy a car with what I will spend on making this music 🤡 You would that given the insane financial investment, I would make more TikToks to promote the very expensive music I've already put out so that people actually listen to it. you would think. Idk tho, TikTok has not been successful as of late. Might be bc I don't post much. But when I DO post and live stream, it's just not doing as well as it was late last year. Makes it hard to want to keep posting 😔

🚨 If anyone has ideas of quality content that might achieve more authentic engagement, please feel free to mainsplain to me. Or if you wanna straight up just give me money, that would also be sick. Ain't too proud to beg knaw what im saying❗

Anyway! (enough rambling) Thank you to everyone who came out to see my Friday Monks shows :') We managed to sell out the 8pm, and we did very well for a summer 10pm show. Per usual, my updated calendar w upcoming shows is on my shows page. There is one show, however, that I am very excited to highlight: ✨ Friday Aug 29th | 7-9pm✨

✨ Craft Beer and Kolaches✨ ✨ Jessica Healey + the Boys✨ ✨ FREE✨ Not only does Batch ATX have the best jalapeño cheddar kolaches and cinnamon rolls that I have EVER had, but they are also by far one of the most supportive and wonderful-to-work-with venues I've had the privilege of performing at 🥺

They take care of their artists. Not saying they pay us a million bucks. But their welcoming atmosphere, their kind words, the ease of booking and scheduling, and the overall attitude of the owners and staff is unmatched. Please come out on 8/29 to support this local business (and ofc the band) ❤️‍🔥

Romeo Report 🦮 I love the little turd so much. All is well in his world. Ate 5 full pieces of naan off the counter. Too hot for him to hang much outside. Been taking him to dog-friendly coffee shops while I work so that we can be together while I get stuff done 🫘 OHH ALSO GUYS HE LOST 11 LBS!!! Remember he was 15 lbs overweight?? hehe let's go
