Bio

Jessica Healey is a full-time indie-folk singer-songwriter and jazz vocalist based in Austin, Texas. Known for her genre-defying sound, she blends the emotional tension of rock, the storytelling of folk, and the harmonic richness of jazz into songs that are as musically intricate as they are soulfully resonant.

As the frontwoman of her eponymous band, Jessica performed an official showcase at the 2024 South by Southwest (SXSW) Music Festival and plays iconic Austin venues including Mohawk, Hole in the Wall, and Jupiter Supper Club—where her band currently holds the Saturday night residency. She has been featured in Sofar Sounds, the Austin Music Love series, and is a staple in both the indie and jazz scenes.

Her straight-ahead jazz ensemble, the Jessica Healey Quintet, performs at top Austin venues like Monks Jazz Club and The Elephant Room, and has shared stages with nationally recognized artists including Benny Banack lll, Kevin Lovejoy, and Joel Frahm.

Jessica’s debut EP is slated for August 2025, and her latest single “You Poor Thing” is out now on all platforms.
